At Righ-lo Pet Supply, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, without giving a reason.

Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. EU customers may cancel their order at any point before delivery under the EU right of withdrawal.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation To submit a return or cancellation request, visit your account orders page and follow the prompts.

Refunds Once we receive your return request, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, opened food products, and items marked as final sale.
